Terms and Conditions of Use
1. General. The website is owned by {Amalya}, {325458503}, whose address is {Avnei Hefetz 23 Kochav Yaakov} (hereinafter: "the Company"). The Terms of Use govern the relationship between the Company and any person or entity that browses or uses the website or the information therein (hereinafter: "the User"). The Company may change the Terms and Conditions from time to time; the binding version is the one published on the website at the time of the action, and a change will not apply retroactively to orders placed. The masculine form is for convenience and applies to all genders. Product prices include VAT as required, and the price shown is the total price; shipping charges will be displayed separately and clearly before completing the order. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. The company does not undertake to keep all models in stock, and may offer and stop promotions at any time.
2. Ordering, acceptance and delivery. Placing an order on the site constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase the products. Automatic notification of receipt of the order does not constitute acceptance, and the transaction is finalized with the company's approval and charging of the payment method. If a material and clear clerical error is made in the product description or price, the company may cancel the order, provided that the customer is notified as soon as possible and is reimbursed the full amount paid. 3. Legal capacity. Performing an action on the site constitutes confirmation by the user ("customer") that he has read the regulations and agrees to their instructions. 6. Prohibited use. The User undertakes not to make illegal use of the Site, including providing false information, violating privacy, uploading infringing or offensive content, disrupting the operation of the Site, collecting automatic data or bypassing security measures. The Company may block a User who violates these terms, without derogating from any other remedy.
7. User account. To the extent that an account is opened on the Site, the Customer must maintain the confidentiality of the access details and update the Company with any Concern for misuse. The company may suspend or close an account in the event of a violation of the regulations.
8. Promotions and coupons. Promotions, discounts and coupons will apply in accordance with their terms as published and for the defined period, without duplication of promotions unless otherwise stated, and are not convertible into money. The warranty does not apply to damage that does not result from a manufacturing defect (accident, fall, scratches, unreasonable use). The foregoing does not detract from the consumer's rights under the Consumer Protection Law and any law; in the event of any conflict, the law prevails.
12. Site Availability and Limitation of Liability. The Site and its contents are offered as is (As-Is). The Company works to ensure that the information on the Site is accurate and up-to-date, but there may be inaccuracies or disruptions in good faith, and the Company does not undertake to ensure continuous availability and trouble-free operation of the Site. Subject to the provisions of any law that cannot be stipulated, the Company will not be liable for indirect or consequential damage resulting from the use of the Site or from relying on its contents. The foregoing does not detract from the Company's legal liability for products sold and from the consumer's cogent rights.
13. References. The cancellation, exchange and refund policy, the shipping policy and the "Transaction Cancellation" page are linked at the bottom of the site and form an integral part of these regulations. The privacy policy is detailed on the dedicated page.
14. Miscellaneous. If a competent court has determined that a section of the regulations is invalid or unenforceable - the remaining sections will remain in effect. The Company's failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver thereof. The Company may assign its rights under these regulations as part of a transfer of activity, provided that the customer's rights are not affected.
