Privacy Policy

Maintaining the privacy of our customers is of utmost importance. This policy is formulated in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13.

What information is collected and why? As part of the purchase, registration and browsing, the customer may be asked to provide personal information (name, contact details, address, order details). The customer is not legally obliged to provide the information, however, without the required details it will not be possible to complete the order and provide the service. The information will be used by the company for the purposes of: supplying the products, managing the order, customer service, and - subject to separate consent - sending updates and marketing mailings. The company may also collect statistical information about the use of the site (including browsing data, browser type and address IP).

Provision of information to a third party and transfer abroad. The Company may transfer information to third parties necessary for the operation of the business, including: {clearing provider}, {delivery company}, {mailing system/CRM}, and advertising and analytics platforms ({Meta / Google / TikTok}). Each party will only be provided with the information necessary to perform its function. Some of the information is stored and processed on cloud servers outside of Israel (including the trading platform servers), in accordance with the provisions of the law applicable to the transfer of information outside the country's borders. The Company will not sell or trade the information, and will disclose it only as required by law.

Customer rights. The customer may review the information held about him, request correction or deletion of information that is not correct, complete or up-to-date, and request at any time its removal from the mailing list. In addition to what is required by law, the Company will also respond to requests to delete information as much as possible, subject to record-keeping obligations applicable to it by law (e.g. accounting documents). Requests will be submitted to {trylumevo@gmail.com} and will be handled in accordance with the law.

Direct Mail. A customer may demand in writing that information used to contact him by direct mail be deleted from the database, and the company will act in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Protection Law.

Minors. The site is not intended to knowingly collect information from minors under the age of 18. If the company becomes aware that such information has been provided without the consent of a guardian, it will act to delete it.

Information retention period. The information will be retained as long as it is required for the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law (including accounting record-keeping obligations), after which it will be deleted or rendered unidentified.

Security and Cookies. Credit card details are protected by encryption and are not stored on the company's servers. The company takes acceptable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute immunity. In the event of a serious security incident, the company will act to provide notice as required by law. Policy Updates. The Company may update this policy from time to time; the updated version will be published on the site and will be effective from the date of publication.
